⛧On Gerald Schueler's "Advanced Enochian Magic"⛧

There is a section that refers to a practice in Jnanamudra, being the magus experiencing union with a lady.
Of course, this is written from the perspective of a man but what is rather interesting is the nature of it.
It isn't sexual union was we are commonly aware of, or as we would know it.
it is rather Union Proper, in which the Figure melds into the Body of the Magus.
In this, I can assume one main idea found herein, before moving into the more sexual natures of it and that is in the idea of Anima and Animus.
The Union of a Magus with the idealized female representation could be considered as the union of the magus with their own anima, even for a brief minute, experiencing Wholeness, though temporarily, which would aid in both the spiritual and mental affairs of the magus.
With this first idea in mind, it takes on a symbolic meaning of the magus uniting with their own polarity.
So, I would consider that the magus, regardless of gender, would take on the appropriate representation of their partner and project their unconscious anima or animus into it, thus experiencing a union with the self before going into the more "dual" ends of the Sexual Union, regardless, I felt like this would be an interesting note to take before going into further practice.
As a homoromantic, this posed a problem to me when first reading this a few years ago because I don't feel sexual attraction to anyone, but I don't feel attraction to women in both romantic and sexual means.
Then I read over it again, after a ritual of all things, then began to nudge at its unseen notions.
So, there's a note for both myself and for those who would prefer it.
Creating the idealized partner, representing the polar aspects of yourself in conscious form (the masculine to your feminine, feminine to your masculine, the Anima to your Animus and so on).
